Nexus advised and worked with one of the leading dairy company in Vietnam for the study and exploration of potential cooperation with one of the top dairy companies in Japan.

The deal was closed in June 2021.

Nexus is the initiator of this venture and the sole advisory for the entire process up and until the deal finished in 2014. The total value of this deal is 30 million dollars. SGT is one of the 5 largest packaging company in Vietnam.

The deal was closed in December 2014.

Nexus is consulting for a company in the Vietnamese livestock industry (3F model) that is seeking partners to (1) jointly develop commercial strategies (find new customers, export), (2) expand the number of retail stores, (3) develop new product lines (processed foods).

The deal is ongoing.

Nexus is advising a Japanese investor on the acquisition of a car dealership and rental business in Vietnam, as part of the investor’s broader strategy to enter and expand within the electric vehicle (EV) fleet management ecosystem.

Nexus is currently advising a well-known healthcare group on raising funds to finance the construction of a new general hospital. Investors have the opportunity to acquire minority shares in the target company's equity or provide financing through convertible debt.

The deal is ongoing.

Nexus acted as the exclusive advisor to StoxPlus in supporting the transaction from start to finish in September 2014. Nikkei and its subsidiary QUICK registered to purchase 35.1% of the total equity. StoxPlus is a leading and reliable provider of financial and business information in Vietnam. StoxPlus is one of the trusted providers of (i) financial and business information, (ii) analytical tools and financial solutions based on IT platforms, (iii) premium industry and market research services for domestic and international organizations.

Nexus is consulting for a private bank about divestment at a consumer finance bank

Nexus advised Erria A/S (Denmark) to buy 49% shares of Saigon Shipping a subsidiary company of Saigon automotive industry corporation (SAMCO), at Erria Container Service company. As a result, Erria A/S successfully increased their percentage of ownership at ECS to 100%.

Nexus advised VFC's shareholders in negotiating with Shibusawa to execute the deal. VFC is a logistics company in Vietnam that provides a supply chain logistics network, offering multi-modal transportation services and catering to diverse needs in goods transport and logistics solutions.

The transaction was completed in 2014.

Nexus was the initiator for this deal and is the advisory for the entire deal for HAPACO. HAPACO is a private leading unit for paper manufacturing with their HQ in Hai Phong. Eucalia Capital Medica has acquired the company during the construction process.

The value of the deal is 3 million dollars. The deal was closed in March 2013.

Nexus advised the investor on acquiring shares in a mechanical engineering company in Vietnam.

We successfully advise for the application of remote treatment model at the Smart Healthcare Center in Phu Tho, Vietnam. Our role in this project was to structure the whole project, develop the relationships between the parties, calling for the participation of the Ministry of Healthcare and related organizations. The project has started since the start of 2015. The initial investment amount is 10 million dollar. The future investment can go up to hundred of millions of dollars.

Nexus successfully helped a Korean investor to perform Pre-DD for Yeah1 Group in order for the cooperation between two sides.

The deal was closed in March 2019.

Nexus advised and worked with a Singaporean Investor for the study and exploration of potential cooperation with a chain store of mother & baby in Vietnam through doing Pre – DD services for the client.

The project closed in March 2019.

Nexus advised and worked with Finstar Financial Group for the study and exploration of potential cooperation with one a SOE consumer finance company in Vietnam.

Nexus advised Carlsberg to obtain more than 35% of the second largest beer company in Vietnam to become the largest shareholder and investor. Our advisory team has provided supports with regards to the facilitation of the discussions and technical support to the sell side.

The deal was closed in the last quarter half of 2012.

Nexus advised Denmark Erria A/S company to exit 34% of their investment in Saigon Shipping company for Bao Viet investment funds.

Nexus advised Diageo – one of the leading company in liquor to acquire Halico and become a major shareholder for Halico.

Nexus supported Dai An Sai Gon – the owner of an inudstrial park in Tay Ninh province, in looking for investors, either an investment funds or a strategic partner and raising fund for financing the project.

This deal is on-going.

Nexus advised Savico Megamall - one of the largest shopping centers in Hanoi to find strategic investors.

Nexus advised a Korean company on approaching a Vietnamese insurance company and completed the acquisition of shares through two phases.

Nexus advised a Korean food manufacturing company on acquiring a majority stake in a Vietnamese food processing company. To support the investor in purchasing shares from other financial investors, Nexus facilitated negotiations with state shareholders in the share auction process to increase the holding percentage to a majority.

The transaction was completed in 2016.

Nexus advised and worked with a Hungarian Bank for the study and exploration of potential cooperation with one of the leading consumer finance companies in Vietnam.

The deal is on-going.

Nexus cooperated with Recof – an Independent M&A advisory firm in Japan to advise and pitch HB Group to relevant investors in Japan.

Nexus advised the Russian Investor to acquire 75% of the MedeLab hospitals including their headquarter in Hanoi. Medelab is a healthcare company with 4 healthcare center in Hanoi.

The deal size was 15 million dollars. The deal was closed in March 2012.

Nexus has represented as sell-side advisor for a P2P online lending company who are presented in 5 countries. Nexus has helped to look for potential investors in debt/equity financing as well as to explore potential business corporation with other companies in the same industry.

The deal is on-going.

Nexus advised Tien Nga Company – the owner of 42 ha of warehouse area in Dong Nai province in finding and working with the strategic partner in Japan.

Nexus represented as the sell-side advisor of Vietcombank Leasing to explore and connect potential investors with Vietcombank Leasing. Further, Nexus advised Vietcombank Leasing to design a deal structure and assisted Vietcombank Leasing in communication and negotiation with the investors.

Nexus represented as sell-side advisory of a Nexttech to find the investor for subsidiaries in its ecosystem.

Nexus co-advised and worked with OTP Bank, a major Central Europe bank, along with another Hungarian advisor for the potential acquisition of FECredit, one of the leading consumer finance companies in Vietnam.
